End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing, accessing, or using Trinity, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Cod grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Trinity for its intended purpose.

2. Software Purpose

Trinity is a desktop scanning tool designed to identify files, artifacts, or indicators associated with cheating or unauthorized software on a computer system.

Trinity:

  • does not make final determinations
  • does not enforce bans or penalties
  • does not guarantee accuracy

All results are informational only.

3. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Cod expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • accuracy or completeness of scan results
  • reliability of detections
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement

Use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cod shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to:

  • bans, suspensions, or penalties
  • false positives or false negatives
  • loss of data or system instability
  • reliance on scan results
  • actions taken by leagues, organizations, or third parties

5. Third-Party & League Responsibility Disclaimer

Cod is not responsible for how users, leagues, organizations, or third parties:

  • interpret scan results
  • store, share, or distribute scan data
  • take disciplinary or administrative action

Any decisions made using Trinity's output are the sole responsibility of the party using the data.

6. User Responsibility & Consent

You are solely responsible for:

  • obtaining proper consent before scanning any system
  • complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • lawful and ethical use of the Software

Scanning systems without authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Trinity
  • redistribute, resell, or sublicense Trinity without permission
  • use Trinity for harassment, doxxing, or unlawful surveillance

8. Termination

Cod may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, all use of the Software must stop immediately.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
