During scans, Trinity may access:

- timestamps and file metadata
Trinity does not collect:
- passwords
- private messages
- payment information
3. Local Processing
All scanning is performed locally on the user's device. Scan results are only exported, shared, or uploaded to the website.
Cod is not liable for where users share and export the data to.
4. Data Transmission
Trinity may transmit scan results to third-party services. Any data transmitted through such services is subject to the privacy policies and data handling practices of those third parties. Cod does not control or manage how third-party services store or retain this data.
5. Third-Party Use of Data
Cod has no management or responsibility over how third parties:
- store scan results
- analyze data
- share or publish information
- take action based on scan output
Responsibility transfers entirely to the receiving party once data leaves the user's device.
6. Data Retention
Scan results may be transmitted to and stored within the website.
Cod may view or analyze scan data for purposes such as debugging, support, improving detection accuracy, or investigating software issues.
All decisions regarding interpretation, storage, retention, sharing, or enforcement actions based on scan results are the sole responsibility of the league, organization, or third party receiving the data.

By using Trinity, you confirm that:
- you have permission to scan the system
- you understand what data may be accessed
- you accept responsibility for how results are used or shared
