Overview
Trinity is a desktop application that scans a computer for files and indicators related to cheating. This Privacy Policy explains how data is accessed and handled.
Data Accessed
During scans, Trinity may access and transmit:
- File names, file paths, and file metadata (timestamps, sizes)
- System and OS configuration and Windows install history
- Records of programs run, installed, opened, or deleted (prefetch, registry, event logs, USN/MFT, shellbags, USB device history, Recycle Bin)
- Roblox and Discord account identifiers and Roblox game logs
- Download links and file references found in application memory
- Command-line and PowerShell history
Never collected
- Passwords
- Private message contents
- Payment information
Local Processing
On-DeviceAll scanning is performed locally on the user's device. Scan results are uploaded only to the Trinity website, to be shared with the party that requested the scan.
Cod is not liable for where users share and export the data to.
Data Transmission
Trinity may transmit scan results to third-party services. Any data transmitted through such services is subject to the privacy policies and data handling practices of those third parties. Cod does not control or manage how third-party services store or retain this data.
Third-Party Use of Data
Cod has no management or responsibility over how third parties:
- Store scan results
- Analyze data
- Share or publish information
- Take action based on scan output
Responsibility transfers entirely to the receiving party once data leaves the user's device.
Data Retention
Scan results may be transmitted to and stored within the website. Cod may view or analyze scan data for purposes such as debugging, support, improving detection accuracy, or investigating software issues.
All decisions regarding interpretation, storage, retention, sharing, or enforcement actions based on scan results are the sole responsibility of the league, organization, or third party receiving the data.
User Responsibility
By using Trinity, you confirm that:
- You have permission to scan the system
- You understand what data may be accessed
- You accept responsibility for how results are used or shared
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of Trinity constitutes acceptance of any updates.
